OUR SIGNATURE 1:1 COACH MENTORING PROGRAM provides business mentoring for start-up endurance coaches. This three-month plan is designed to take new certified coaches to the next level. We’ll use the 4C approach to help you grow your business. We will CONNECT you with your first/next athletes, we’ll CREATE an action plan to with the next best steps, we’ll CULTIVATE the right mindset to help you overcome the challenges you’ll face on your journey to success and we’ll CELEBRATE milestones and wins every step of the way!

Coaches receive:

• MONTHLY 1:1 STRATEGY CALL

  • MONTH 1: Getting Started: Connecting with your First Athletes.

  • MONTH 2: Cultivating the Best Systems for Your Business.

  • MONTH 3: Overcoming Challenges

• Weekly Strategy Goals

  • During each call, we’ll create a weekly plan of action for the next month.

• Daily Check-Ins via Voxer or text to keep you on track, motivated and engaged in the journey.

Plus, at the end of the three months, you’ll receive an annual coaching plan (like an annual training plan for athletes!) customized to your offer and ideal athlete.

The monthly fee for our signature plan is $349. The three-month fee for our signature plan is $897.
